Pros
worked in the lajpat nagar branch of next step for more than one year. worked majorly into shared services hiring. healthy work pressure and great sense of achievement. the incentive plans are very good and there was lot of support for the team lead pratap and the management team. very nice work environment
Cons
lot of requirements to work on. worked majorly on six sigma positions so used to get difficult to find people but it was an amazing learning experience
