1. This is not a software/ai software firm rather a privately owned outsourcing body solely runs on external POC fund. 2. Toxic work culture due to 1.unification of management and employee in certain cases 2.micromanagement from the top level 3. Incompetency of the HR(mostly invisible) Management. 3. Does not follow industry standard in any sector whether it is HR Management or Software Development/, Documentation/ Version controlling/ Software Design Principle. The company runs on Excel sheet. 4. Often exhibits a sense of ownership over employees and HR management often try to take advantage of employees personal issue 5. Only recruits fresh graduates as they don't have any industry experience. Thus, they are easily manipulated. FYI, this is the first job for all current employees. 6.
