-long hours and sometimes weekends (remote) and sometimes complex technical issues

peers are helpful and working from home is a bonus

Received equipment late, but was expected to join meetings and participate in feedback without any direction from Mgmt. I understand there may be a time crunch when onboarding, but throwing people into the deep end without so much as setting expectations is poor mgmt.
