Pros

Variety of projects: get exposure to a diverse range of projects and clients, each with unique challenges and opportunities. This keeps the work exciting and constantly evolving. Career development: offers opportunities for professional development and growth. You will constantly learn new skills and gain valuable experience, which can help you advance your career at the agency. Most of the leadership within the agency is bread from within. Collaborative environment: collaborative environment that fosters teamwork and creativity. You will have the opportunity to work with other talented colleagues, learn from them, and contribute your own ideas to projects. Access to cutting-edge technology: really cool tools and software to drive results for their clients. Competitive compensation: include raises, benefits, and other perks.

Cons

As with any agency life, there can be a lot of work... but it really comes down to how you're able to project manage efficiently. If you are not skilled in being able to project manage, you can likely be overwhelmed but the support is there amongst the team to help develop you in areas that you need it.
