Pros
Next Level Burger is a company where you can actually grow and learn skills that stay with you. The triple bottom line/motto is the engine that helps everyone strive to do better. You can be trained if you have no experience, you have lunch breaks with a free item from the menu, and you can communicate easily with management about your schedule. As long as you have desire to try your best, you will do great here! There are definitely much more PROS than CONS at NLB.
Cons
At the location I worked at, call outs, quits and last minute inconveniences were very common. This can lead to schedule changes, your shifts being longer and feeling heavier than what they should. Due to allergens and its plant based only option, you should study all the menu and know the basic ingredients to some items. Customers can be unusually rude and disrespectful if there are mistakes or mess ups on the order(s). High standards are awesome, but can be stressful if you’re not up for it.
