Pros
I worked for Next Level from May-December. I can truthfully say that I learned more about business in that short period of time than I had learned in my college career and I made more money on a weekly basis than I ever had before. For me, the downfall was the sacrifices I had to make if I wanted to get to the final management position to oversee a market. I have a wife and kids and being a dad and a husband just didn't line up with the time I had to put in at Next Level if I wanted to get promoted. The opportunity and money was super attractive but after the time I spent there I decided I needed to find something that would allow me to be around for my kids when they need me. Overall, great staff, great money, and uplifting environment.
Cons
The hours the managers work. They really make their team their number one priorities which is great for team members but not the best if you want to become one of them.
