      High quality parts, good friendly environment, you will learn a lot, good pay, good bonuses and raises, multiple types of work in facility

      Cons

      sometimes conflict with management but based on individuals - common in any workplace. Not much else to list. It was worth the time spent

      They have free coffee for employees.

      Cons

      Prejudice against lower income families Toxic culture !!!!! No tool loan program Little to no aid in working conditions Unrealistic expectations from workers Crappy benefits And finally unusual accounting practices that is hard to understand where your money keeps going
