Next Consultants

Is this your company?

Next Consultants is not as honest as they may seem.... - Customer Experience Associate Next Consultants Employee Review

Pros

Professional Exterior and professional dress

Cons

Not 100% honest on what the job details. Over exaggerates on what their company has done. Say that they know their cliental that they are going to visit (and visit by walking door to door which they will not mention) but that client may have no plan with whatever company they are pushing and have no clue what Next Consultants *the seller* is doing at their doorstep in the first place.

Reviewer, Thank you for your review and words of encouragement on our professionalism. As far as your cons, I am sorry you felt that we were not open and honest with what the job details. We strive to make sure everyone is aware of the day to day responsibilities during our three round interview process, where we actually pride ourselves on being as open, honest and clear cut as possible. This all starts with the phone interview stating that we are a SALES and MARKETING company. I know I explain on every preliminary interview exactly what a day to day will look like, from conducting meetings, to meeting with our customers. If you did not experience this being covered with you during the interview process, please feel free to reach out to me personally at Nicholas@NextConsultantsInc.com. We are of course, always looking for ways to improve. As far as exaggerating what our company has done, we have 5 offices in different locations where each member of management started in the same entry level position, including myself. I am incredibly proud of every one of my team members for the growth and success that they have achieved for themselves. We do believe our professionalism is exemplified not only by our culture, but through our clients as well. We work representing the largest companies in the world and bring them fantastic results. YES – we do work directly with AT&T and I would hope that they wouldn’t hire or work with anyone who exhibits nothing but the highest honesty, integrity, and the best customer service experience. They have one of the best services in the industry, and we are proud of the work we do for them. -Nicholas A. Gow

Pros

The people here have made coming to work not only enjoyable, but rewarding. The support system here is like no other. Everyone makes sure you have all necessary tools to succeed and excel. It definitely makes sense if you aren't willing to put in the time or effort, you aren't going to learn, grow, and succeed. It is simple work, and the only reason I feel one wouldn't do well, or leave with a bad attitude, is basically because they didn't try or even listen. You aren't micromanaged so at the end of the day, the work you put in determines your own success. If you want or need help, the tools are there, you just have to be willing to go for it, ask, or simply pay attention.

Cons

The career path is very different than most. Since people have a good opportunity, I 100% would hold people more accountable for their actions.

Reviewer, I want to take the time to thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. I'm excited to see you highlight our people and the support system that we have in place. When I was creating my company, one of the things that I was looking to accomplish was to create an environment that promotes growth, fun, development and support. In addition, great point that in order to grow anywhere, it requires hard work and determination! Some people seem to think that you can accomplish success without those things but as they will soon find out, they cannot. In conclusion, thanks for the personal advice on what I can do to be a better leader for my people and all of the valuable insight that you provided. I'm sure that if you apply everything we taught you, you're going to go on to do great things in life; just don't forget about us little people when you're all big and famous ;). Sincerely, Nicholas A. Gow
