Pros
The product is solid and the feedback from customers are implemented quickly. Healthcare is completely covered. Once you are up and running, a lot of freedom to work from home (great work life balance). The career growth within the company is endless. Direct and open communication with leadership. Free breakfast on Tuesdays and lunches with the team/leadership. Opportunity to travel, free snacks and drinks and the pay/commissions is second to none.
Cons
If you aren't willing to work hard, this place isn't for you. There is no management so you need to be a self starter. Need to be comfortable with learning by example and willing to listen because there isn't any regimented training. Parking isn't paid for.
