      You can work 4 hours a week and nobody will really notice Free beer Nice building Nice people but not worthy networking

      The EIR hires Founders who have no money and confidence as well as skillset to be an entrepreneur. They accept to work with NBT because why not, they pay rent with no risk. Wannabe Entrepreneurs with big egos.
