      Pros

      Great deals, great coworkers, free rentals

      Cons

      Drama amongst staff, huge turnover, upper management is our way or the highway often leading to huge disconnect between what’s actually happening on the floor and what they think is happening. They don’t tend to take care of their long term staff which has driven away some of the most talented sales people away from the company. Pay is terrible.

      Amazing atmosphere, couldn't have chosen better coworkers and management if I tried.

      Cons

      I feel like I haven't come across too many major flaws with the company. I am not a big fan of RPro, which is the program they use for their inventory, and it can be a hassle sometimes.

      - On floor staff are some of the greatest poeple you will ever meet and many are still lifelong friends of mine - Access to industry discounts and industry sales

      Cons

      - Very mismanaged - Overbearing and disrespectful owners (specifically Deek) - Unwillingness to change or adapt - Terrible buy strategies that suck the company dry of money
