Treated like a pawn. Everyone is replaceable. Strictly business, owners will slash you for anything. Their way or the highway Gross and unsanitary. Low pay for work required Overworked without any realistic chance to obtain higher wages Their “trail map” is just a barrier for them not to pay them anything. Do not expect to get a raise. Their HR team is incompetent and will protect the business at all cost (had to do their work for them) Lost their culture entirely They bulk buy cheap bad product and sell it cheap Not proud to sell their off brand products Any pushback is considered “not buying in” and they will push you out, Prey on young uneducated workers.
