Pros
Some of the people there are pretty cool Get to work with a wide variety of companies Very international, you'll probably get the chance to travel internationally for work a couple times a year Some of the products are actually very good and there is good opportunity to keep growing the business There are a few good executives but they're the minority unfortunately The London office is awesome and morale is much higher there
Cons
Management asks you to write positive reviews The star rating is very misleading to how employees actually feel about the company, people just don't feel safe talking about it. Look at the "trends" feature to see a more accurate picture The stupid HR people who go around leaving fake reviews and commenting on other people's honest reviews, The culture is terrible and employees are treated like crap every step of the way The CEO is a tyrant and will screw you over the first chance he gets regardless of how long you were with the company or what you've contributed Early employees got worse stock options than people they hired two years after them Pay isn't competitive with the area Some really awful executives Derision and condescension are the norm, going to HR will only get you in trouble when they tell the person that you complained about what you said No real performance reviews, you'll probably just be fired without warning (happened a few times) They'll change your pay constantly If you're in sales they'll just refuse to pay you on big accounts that you bring in and make excuses for why The CEO's favorite people have zero accountability and will be held to a completely different standard No transparency, they won't tell you what your stock options are worth Good people are quitting at an alarming rate, a lot of them very recently. What's going on? The company just hires the cheapest people they can find, not the best Really good, honest people are taken advantage of
