Pros
On time salary, one and only pros
Cons
At first glance, the name “Nexdecade” gives off a vibe of cutting-edge innovation and futuristic tech. But once you step inside, you quickly realize — it should’ve been called “Previous Decade” instead! The management behaves like they’re each the President of the United States, yet they can’t even manage a single project properly.
Employees are treated more like factory laborers than professionals. The work culture is toxic, senior folks are deeply insecure, and juniors are constantly pushed down. Ask a question, and you’ll get a cold “Figure it out yourself” — as if you're not a teammate, but a rival.
Decisions here are made like the owner is on a solo mission to conquer the world. They had just one project, and once that was gone, they fired a bunch of employees overnight with zero explanation — as if people’s lives are disposable.
Promotion policy? It's a joke. Some stay stuck in junior roles for 3–4 years, while others get randomly promoted with no regard for experience or skill — it’s all about favoritism. And the designations they come up with? Downright laughable.
The HR, Admin, and Project Managers act like they’ve just flown in from Silicon Valley, but in reality, none of them have the skills to manage people or lead projects. If you're someone who genuinely wants to work with integrity, this place will make your life miserable.
