The management behaves like they’re each the President of the United States, yet they can’t even manage a single project properly. Employees are treated more like factory laborers than professionals. The work culture is toxic, senior folks are deeply insecure, and juniors are constantly pushed down. Ask a question, and you’ll get a cold “Figure it out yourself” — as if you're not a teammate, but a rival. Decisions here are made like the owner is on a solo mission to conquer the world. They had just one project, and once that was gone, they fired a bunch of employees overnight with zero explanation — as if people’s lives are disposable. Promotion policy? It's a joke.
