      Private chef every Friday Free snacks and beer Work from home occasionally

      Cons

      Pay Management was disengaged Customers complained a lot about our services (negatively) No structure Not enough Helpdesk staff Too busy for the little people we had Employees weren’t welcoming my initial first day throughout my last being there. The president of the company use profanity and embarrassed me in front of my colleagues (hostile environment).

      No communication No 401k Constantly changing expectations and responsibilities Management does not listen to feedback retaliatory leadership clique based employees absolutely 0 training pay is below market value Written agreements not held up on managements end. No room for growth. High turnover rate
