Pros
- Great working environment. - Awesome colleagues. - Company listen to you (within reasonable demand). - Each projects is interesting of its own. - Play game (in office) whenever you want to as long as your work is complete.
Cons
A lot of projects (OT) and not enough people to handle the projects but it does getting better towards the end of my onboarding.
