      Pros

      Met some genuinely good people, but most leave or get let go within 6-8 months or less.

      Cons

      This company is rotten top to bottom. Management only cares about pumping the stock and not about actual product development. Read the numerous press releases and Proactive video's with the CEO and you'll see what I'm talking about. Also Google "Hindenburg Nextech." If that doesn't scare you away from this company nothing will.

      Pros

      The customer support team and development team are good people.

      Cons

      The CEO is one of the worst people I've ever worked with. He fires people who disagree with him and says offensive things about customers and employees. They make broken promises to salespeople, set unrealistic goals and then change them. They also don't pay as promised in the interviews. They hired a great manager and let him go because he supported our team. They also had data leaks and told us to cover it up to customers.
