Pros

Good snacks and drinks stocked often. Good product.

Cons

I would strongly consider finding a job with another company if you want to experience a good work environment and strong team culture. NexHealth has great talent because the interview process is ridiculous, but a lot of the great talent has left or has been let go. I would strongly consider if NexHealth is where you want to work. - Terrible culture. More of a fear-culture. - No unity across teams. Sales and customer success doesn’t work closely together. Customer success and product was very distant as well. Customer success is the face of the customer and should by default work very closely with sales and product. - Promises of pay increases and never delivering. Not even cost of living increases or pay increases for recognition of good work. - Extremely stagnant with no career development. If career growth and development is important to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. - Frequent layoffs, and terrible reasons or explanations as to why leaders were let go even after they constantly met or exceeded goals. I lost track of how many rounds of layoffs there were. - No transparency making it hard to trust leadership. We have one all hands each month and hardly ever hear from leadership. - If you’re not on the favorite list, don’t expect any sort of promotion or recognition. I saw leaders get let go who were very experienced and knew what they were doing. I also saw people get promoted internally who had little to no experience in the role they were promoted to. - No team meetings or team building activities. The only time we had meetings was when we were being told about more layoffs. - No sense of loyalty, appreciation, or recognition from the top down. It was incredibly rare to have leaders acknowledge or recognize success. They only expect more from you. - The in office culture was next to pathetic. We were pushed to be in the office, but there was no culture or energy whatsoever in the office. I would strongly consider if NexHealth is where you want to work. If you want a terrible culture, no recognition, no pay increase, no career development, multiple process changes with terrible reasoning, multiple rounds of layoffs, and the list goes on, then NexHealth might be a good fit for you.

Pros

Very supportive team and collaborative working environment. From the top down, the NexHealth team works together to retool and improve the platform. Product and engineering are always asking for more ways to make customers happy and they do so by working cross functionally. My time at NexHealth has only gotten better. Startups can be tough but the community, mission and impact have made any tough times well worth it.

Cons

There have been some big changes in leadership causing some disruptions. However the every transition was handled well and a plan was communicated to the team.

Pros

Career growth Strong performers had real opportunities to earn responsibility quickly. Great leadership I gained hands-on experience coaching, hiring, forecasting, building teams, and driving accountability. High-performance culture The environment pushed people to compete, improve, and produce results. Opportunity to build I was able to help create new sales motions, team structures, and playbooks from the ground up. Strong career proof points NexHealth gave me meaningful results, stories, and leadership experience that shaped my career.

Cons

High pressure Expectations were intense, especially in sales and leadership roles. Frequent change Priorities, processes, and structures often shifted quickly. Work-life balance challenges The pace and workload could be difficult to sustain. Ambiguity Leaders often had to figure things out while still being accountable for results. Burnout risk The combination of pressure, pace, and constant change could take a toll over time.
