Pros

None. You end up selling AT&T at Costco, Sams, and Walmart. On feet all day. Expected to continuously bombard people to buy your stuff.

Cons

Got paid under the table and then they refused to pay me what I was owed = forced free labour. Sexually harassed daily. No good schedule. Expects you to pick up and go whenever. Expected to drive around an hour to get to office and then locations far away.

Pros

Experience. After working at NexGen Media I have a better understanding of what not to do in the workplace.

Cons

Everything. Very unprofessional workplace. Hip-hop music playing in the background throughout the entire day. I assume Alex wants his employees to dress business professional to cover up the fact he is running a total scam. During training you make $11 an hour (IF THEY PAY YOU) and are not allowed to make commissions because the trainer takes over as the sale continues. The job is to speak to everyone in Sam’s Club that walks by and try to sell DirectTV and/or cell phones.

Hello Reviewer, We are sorry your employment with us wasn't as great as we expected. We do allow the employees to pick the music they want to listen too. I have a music suggestion list in my office that they wrote what they would like to hear to get them motivated and pumped in the morning. Yes you are correct it is 11/hr for training and the reason being you don't receive commission is because you aren't doing the work for the sale your trainer would be. If you have any other feedback or questions please reach out to the human resource department so they can assist you. Best Regards
