Pros
Good benefits, employs hard workers, most of management actually cares about their people, lots of ways to grow in career.
Cons
Very unethical and shady business practices from a few in project management roles. They will expect you to compromise your integrity and break rules to get the job done. Fraternization between company employees and government in which the company is contracted to. Lack of leadership experience in key management positions leads to a toxic work environment. Poor separation of responsibilities: one person with hands in too many pots, but not managing it well.
