Pros
Great work environment and management are down to earth. If you are eager to learn a lot of people are willing to teach you. Don't be afraid to ask question. The company also have projects and keep their employees busy.
Cons
You get to travel a lot doing various projects, and if you're not comfortable traveling the greater United States than this may not be for you. However, if you want to travel than Newton is the right fit for you. Also, most projects are fast pace and that's typical of Construction.
