I have been with Newstar for sometime now. I have my freedom to work and the management does support and guide me as and when required. I haven't faced any difficulties as such in getting leaves or going on family emergencies. The company always have few targets and expect the employees to work on the same platform hence there are few ups and downs which are completely justified and necessary. Reach on time and leave on time.

Sometimes there is micro management which needs to be checked.
I have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated here. The company runs on trust and this provides a feeling of mutual respect for everyone in the company..
