Too many chiefs - Anonymous employee Newrest Employee Review

Everybody is an either a Supervisor, assistant manager, manager or ops manager! The GM is very antagonizing and very abusive to his leadership team. He doesn’t know how to talk to people. Everyone is micromanaged by all the different managers and if you listen to one manager the other manager gets upset. No one is in the same page! I believe there might even be some sexual predators that work there. This place just doesn’t feel safe!
