      Inclusive work environment, robust social committee, competitive salary and excellent benefits. Employee say hi as you walk around the lodge and out in the field. Friendly place to work.

      Travel 2x2 schedule, although the company makes it a priority if you have a family emergency.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
