      Pros

      Good pay, and benefits, was a great IT team

      Cons

      Current ELT ruined the "employee first" concept that once made it a great place to work. New CEO came in about 1 year after I started and began the layoffs, from then on it happened about every 6 months just under a different corporate buzz word. The last one used was "Full potential" which outsourced all of Denver operations to India. Leadership does not care about the individual!

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
