Good teammates made the abhorrent management somewhat tolerable.
Cons
People in positions that have no clue what they're doing or how to manage or develop a team. Pay below industry standard unless you tell them you have an offer somewhere else, then they will come up with money to pay you. As many people have said, there are lots of cliques here. If you speak up on your own behalf, or in defense of yourself, be prepared to be stepped on.
