Pros
Compensation and bonuses were great. You could always count on leadership setting up easy targets to exceed 100 percent bonus; they really know how to line their pockets ...and those employees that still work there....all while they take the company apart piece by piece.
Cons
Since inception of SAP and new leadership in the last few years, Newmont was no longer a great place to work. For the last three years, semi-annual lay-offs, with more to come. No one is safe, except top executives and senior leaders.
