Pros

Getting paid and DCPP (Pension Plan)

Cons

Dominant fear, racism, discrimination, and bullying culture. Lots of conflict of interest as a result of nepotism (management and nurse being related...). French (Québécois) speaking managers favoring those that speak Québécois. Vivid sociopathic personality of managers and no one hold them accountable.

Pros

Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

Cons

Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
