      Benefit package for USA domestic post is unbeatable. Great location for a corporate headquarters.

      Stressful work environment. Most competent people are not promoted. High performers are not rewarded.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
