      Lack of organization hurts the progress of the company. Poor large scale decisions bogged down future growth.

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
