      Cons

      It is difficult to combine personal life with professional life as you are away from home. Being a woman that is even more difficult to combine.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
