      Great pay for a job where you actually use geology from your university experience. The company really cares about developing you into the role you want.

      Longer work hours because of it's a 24/7 operation.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
