Pros
Peers and select managers are great to work with. Strong focus on safety. CEO has a solid vision and is effectively steering company from operational perspective. Lots of potential as exploration is going strong.
Cons
Mine Operations pretty good to work for. Finance & Planning not as good - the hours are long and recognition can be lacking. Regional offices and corporate (HQ) very political. Advancement is contingent on who you know. To bring you on board, Recruiting may tout many benefits but many of these benefits you may never realize, such as vesting in benefit plans. Males seem to be discriminated against in the interest of diversity as they seek to hire more women.
