      There have been a lot of re-orgs and lay-offs leaving employee morale low and faith in leadership under scrutiny. There seems to be a lack of direction and constant reevaluation of priorities.

      Generally good people. Pay and benefits are decent

      Cons

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
