      Decent wages and benefits. Ability to work from home a lot.

      Cons

      Constantly getting new managers due to restructuring. Always worried about losing job, cutting entire departments with no plan for how to get the work done. Workloads are high. Fake culture of care.

      Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
