      Lots of individual freedom to manage projects

      Cons

      No one is held accountable , specially management ; Complete disorganization from a company PMO perspective . The project model is more sales than project management integrity. A gift to gab will always be more rewarded than knowledge in the field . Does not meet market salaries . No PMI principles or value of a PMP from a company perspective .

      Great people, good vibes, smart people, and a lot of networking opportunities

      Cons

      Slow on the billing side, slow on the hr side, wish they were more proactive and helped employees more to onboard and etc.
