      Pros

      The people are what makes the company a great place to work. I was lucky to have had some of the best people to work with and that's why I lasted a pretty long time there.

      Cons

      Very hard to grow with the company and barely there raises. Even if you do grow, they don't give you a bump in salary.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
