Pros
It's a job, so the paycheck. Nice offices, some good people.
Cons
Perennially third tier firm, tries to compete with C&W, JLL and CBRE, but there is no comparison. Management is unfocused, chasing one deal at a time, no longer term strategy. Overall, the quality of the staff is weak, lots of people on the downside of their career end up here. No vision, no passion, low morale. The mediocrity infects the whole firm - even depts like HR, IT, legal and accounting are poorly run and second rate.
