There is a wealth of knowledge here at Newmark. Most people are friendly and want to work with you.
Cons
There is a lack of vertical growth in this company, and most people seem to be in it for themselves. Don't get me wrong, there are good people here, but it seems more likely that the goal isn't to build you up as an asset, but instead to build you up, burn you out and replace. Bad behavior is rewarded due to the simple fact that those people are the ones that bring in the most amount of money and that in itself should tell you where the priority is.
