- No on-boarding process or training. Department is regularly understaffed coupled with high turnover. - Leadership is poor and frequently unprofessional. More likely to ignore issues with day to day activity until they blow up than proactively address anything. - Overly reliant on technology they do not adequately train employees on prior to rolling out to customers - Health benefits overly expensive
