      Pros

      Individually nice people. Good offices. Some high profile projects in some areas. Expanding service lines and bringing in new people.

      Cons

      Riven with politics. Disorganised with no sense of direction. internal comms in UK business is poor and comms from the US incomprehensible. Bureaucratic, slow and cautious. IT not great, feels behind the curve.

      Pros

      Flexible work policy, with access to multiple offices throughout the Bay Area

      Cons

      Leadership in the Workplace Strategy department is awful. There are no work standards or templates for strategy consulting, and strategists are not set up to succeed. Unethical practices were observed multiple times.
