Poor Culture - Fund Manager Newmark Capital Employee Review

2/3 of the team are great people. Was able to complete some short courses, adding to my skill set.

Poor culture and general treatment of staff. Managing Directors and most of the Executive Leadership Team have no interest in the people that work for them. No women employed in senior leadership positions. Minimal career development opportunities, felt like I was completely forgotten about most of the time. Post resignation, was given cold shoulder by most of the ELT making coming to the office very uncomfortable.
