Hybrid work environment. For local employees, we are required to work from the office 3 days a week. 3. A family first environment. Management works with employees to ensure that we are able to tend to our family needs as we tend to the company's needs 4. Great benefits package 5. There is a strong sense of community throughout the company. I would even say that there is a sense of family established here at the company.
