The people at Newman make this a great job for anyone. Great compensation and the management really cares about their employees!

It takes a lot of commitment, for mission-driven people only

Great team effort, bosses are very supportive and just generally good, fun people. Since leaving, I have still maintained a strong friendship with my bosses even after having gone for two years.

Most of the cons are those typical of customer service or working within a religious institution. One of the head people did try to convert me once, but I did not work under them.
