I would say employees are slightly underpaid. Workload can be overwhelming

The culture, the product and especially the people - from top to bottom - who stop at nothing to make sure things are done right for both customers and employees alike. I'm very proud to call myself a Newliner because I see the time and energy my co-workers put into it and that makes me want to step up and do the same, and I think this is a big reason (amongst many) that Newline has had the trajectory and growth that it has over the years - everybody puts their heart and soul into it and it shows. Both the CEO and the President of Newline are excellent at what they do - as proven by the stacks of awards and accolades given to them and the company every year - but they are both very practical, down-to-earth people with an open ear to all employees, and they give us the autonomy we need to do our jobs efficiently without micro-managing or looking over our shoulders. They are steering the ship in a very promising direction and I couldn't be more excited about the future of the company and my place within it. I can honestly say that this is the first job I've ever had that I love coming to every morning and I hope to be here for as long as I possibly can.
