We appreciate your comments as we are always trying to learn and be better. We are proud of the positive environment that we have created as well as the work life balance that our employees enjoy. Our owner's vision for the company is what has brought us so much success as a company. We will work harder to make sure that the vision is shared to all levels. Regarding flexibility, we believe in in-person communication, so yes, we do require our employees to work in office. We try to provide flexibility for workers who have shown their commitment to the company, but you are correct that there is less flexibility for those who are doing the bare minimum. We believe very strongly in rewarding employees financially for their contributions, and many have seen increases well above market rates. Many of our managers and supervisors have grown from entry level positions, so there is absolutely career growth for those who work hard, but again, we appreciate the feedback and will do more to make sure that open communications include growth plans and rewards. In the end, we are sorry to lose any employees, but we are grateful for those that are committed to making our company a leader in our industry.
