Since it's journey company have proved nothing in IT industry of Bangladesh compare to other local company(e.g. Datasoft, Brainstation-23) who are doing excellent. Newgen sack employee without valid reason, also here complex internal politics exists seriously, actually sometimes CEO behind the scene support this. Newgen's employee judgement policy is not fair, who are close to CEO they get paid higher though they are not skillful, qualified employee get yearly increment only 2 or 3 thousand!!! very funny policy. Newgen day by day loosing skilled resources because of their culture, policy & for sure their dishonesty.
