Lot of process issues and false promises given at the time of recruitment but nothing fulfilled after joining. Everything of upside down. No local HR's for internal operations for everything need to reach out to HR's in India but no proper response. Organization policies are not clearly defined anywhere and easy to alter according to the needs and wants of senior associates of management due to which equality within team members or moral of the company is under question? Promotions or clear career progressions were not in line or pre-defined. Even for HR induction which is supposed to happen on first day need to literally follow up and same happened only after 6 months of time to get the clarifications addressed.
