• Job stability is decent as the company has long-term clients • Opportunity to interact directly with clients (good exposure) • Fast project delivery using in-house tools increment is better in respect of tcs , infosys but bad than any product based company
Cons
• Compensation is below market standards for the workload and responsibilities • Limited technical growth due to heavy reliance on in-house platforms (Omni/low-code tools) • Outdated tech stack; minimal exposure to modern tools like CI/CD, testing frameworks, or cloud practices • Developers are expected to handle multiple roles (development, testing, client communication) • Work-life balance is very poor,no or less wfh , especially in certain departments like Trade Finance • Learning curve stagnates/decrements after initial years • Internal tools restrict flexibility and deep technical development still they use java 8 and below in most of the teams max managers are non tech
